I went to install this screen protector today and found it was badly cracked. It looks like it was hit hard along the top edge of the packaging. I recommend better packaging to protect it from transport damage.

We would like to clarify that, according to the shipping information, your package was delivered on August 14, while you reported this issue to us on September 16. This is nearly a month later, which exceeds our after-sales service timeframe.
If such issues are reported to TOP BYD within 7 days of receiving the package, we would arrange a replacement immediately.

I received the screen protection broken
I was doing a demonstration for my group so they know the product quality, but it the shipment was not delivered in good condition, they need to change the container so it doesn’t bend, i sent email to the support team and waiting for response
Update: the support team replied very fast they insured me that the replacement will be sent out soon as possible. Five star for support team
Finally : i received the replacement without headache they really respect the customer service and it arrived after 10 days installed it easy installation work very well strong recommend better than the previous from another site

Super tool to instal screen protector, the installation kit has all the necessary elements, I got an extra cloth for cleaning the screen.

Excellent choice and perfect fitting tool. Saved me 80% of my fingers on the screen and a lot of glare. I took the MAT and have no problem with visibility on the SEAL U DM-i. I highly recommend it.

Installation tool was very handy to use. At first the screen protector adhered to the whole screen. After a week or so some corners don't stick anymore. It still does its job, but it should also still stick.

The screen protector fits perfectly! Whether it's the matte or glossy, it's really depends on individual. To me, I chose matte, and it's really nice 👌
