I bought the lower and centre storage compartments for my Seal. The package arrived well before the promised delivery time. It took eight days to arrive in Melbourne, which was great. They were really well packaged and arrived in a strong cardboard box. They seem well made and look great. Amazing value. Very happy and looking forward to ordering from these guys again.

Regarding the installation issue you mentioned, as explained in our previous email, your vehicle is a BYD Seal U, while the product you purchased was specifically designed for the BYD Seal. This is the main reason for the compatibility issue.

Although the names of these two models are similar, they are different vehicles, and therefore their accessories are not interchangeable.
