We understand your concern. This is because, prior to installing the metal brake pedal cover, the original rubber pad on your vehicle needs to be removed. Once it has been removed, you can proceed with installing the pedal cover.

To make the installation easier, we recommend using a hairdryer to heat the rubber pad for a few minutes before starting. This will soften the material and make it easier to remove and install.

In addition, we have already provided you with a detailed installation video via email. Following the steps shown in the video will make the installation process simpler and more straightforward.

Seal U pedals

Excellent quality product, OEM quality and really enhances the interior. Easy to fit but be warned the rubber brake pedal cover needs to be removed and it's a tight fit so can be tricky to remove, start from bottom left corner.

Sports Look

Just fitted the silver finish pedal cover's, accelerator pedal so easy to fit but the brake pedal took some getting off even after a long time with the wife’s new hair dryer to soften it up. Left the new one on the Aga to get nice and soft went on so easy

Wrong size brake pedal for Sealion 7

I received the wrong-size Sealion 7 (RHD) brake pedal from TOP BYD. Please send me the correct one

No need to worry—before installing the brake pedal cover, you need to remove the original rubber pad from your vehicle. Once it is removed, you can install our metal brake pedal cover.

We recommend using a hairdryer to heat the rubber for a few minutes before installation. This will make it softer and easier to install.

A high quality and stylish look for the byd seal. Fitted well, easy to install.

Great and Stylish Metal Pedals

both pedals material and quality is great. Accelerator (gas) pedal cap mounting is easy. stick the double side band to pedal cap, than fit and squeeze it to the pedal. But! brake pedal cap is not so easy. At first you guess it is wrong delivery. cannot fit and impossible to install to the pedal like gas pedal. Like many customer faced this issue, can see in comments. Cause TopBYD not give enough info at descriptions about products. so, I Googled it and found a short video about that. you can search as “BYD Seal Vehicle to Load to Install Aftermarket Performance Pedals”. you have to take out brake pedal plastic (very hard) and install metal one. to make easy may use hair dryer to softened it. same as youtube video. be very carefully if metal pedal fits perfect at back side of pedal. otherwise may very dangerous. But, please topBYD be informed your customers. As product it is great, suggesting.

Bigger & Better Grip

Best purchase especially for performance variant, bigger and better grip for your shoes both acceleration and braking. the accelerator pedal is a straight forward pnp install. the brake i have to remove the oem rubber and insert this one. i dont know if its the performance variant has bigger oem rubber on the brake pedal or is it all variant. Overall great product !! also great sport looking !

Amazing look and fit.

it looks that there are two types of acceleration pedals that are coming to EU market. So I would advise to check your pedal before placing an order. I've got the wrong one that didn't fit but TOP BYD team has sent me another one that fits perfectly.
