Ordered the carbon fibre fits well looks great but unfortunately arrived with a scratch 😞

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the delivery record of your package and found that it was signed for on September 2nd, which was over a month ago. Due to the time elapsed, we are unable to determine the exact cause of the scratch, and it falls outside our after-sales service period.
