We believe the issue may be related to the installation method. This product is designed using a 1:1 mold based on the original vehicle data to ensure a perfect fit, so the installation should be very tight.

During installation, please secure one side first. Use one hand to hold it firmly in place while applying sufficient pressure with the other hand until the clip on the opposite side is fully locked into position. We recommend installing it following this method.

In addition, we have already provided you with a detailed installation tutorial via email. Unfortunately, we have not yet received your reply. Please follow the installation guide for the installation process, and we hope it will help resolve the issue.

Doesn't fit

Bought this for Sealion 7, is not a good fit. Would have loved to see this fit nicely as is a very handy item but it does not stay in place and keeps coming off every time we shift gears.

You gotta love customer service team from TOPBYD. We were in touch with them via email for another topic and they started talking about this issue alongside (while answering the other). Long story short, they've refunded me the amount of this item as it seems faulty/doesn't fit.
