Our company is based in Hong Kong, and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in mainland China.

Shipping is US$5.99 for orders under US$50. Orders of US$50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Please note that customers in some remote areas or countries may be required to pay an additional shipping surcharge. If applicable, we will contact you before shipping your order.

At TOP BYD, we ensure that all orders are delivered within 30 business days. In most cases, customers receive their packages within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier services.

TOP BYD supports most major payment methods available in the market, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. We provide secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience easier and safer.

If your credit card payment was declined, it may be due to several reasons, including:

  • Insufficient funds or credit limit
  • Incorrect CVV/CVC security code entered
  • Expired card
  • Incorrect billing information
  • Your card issuer does not allow online or international transactions

In most cases, your bank can provide the exact reason for the declined payment. We recommend contacting your card issuer for assistance.

You can also try the following solutions:

  • Use a different credit card
  • Check and update your billing information
  • Choose PayPal as an alternative payment method

You may cancel or modify your order anytime prior to shipment. However, if the order has already been processed a 7% fee will be charged if you choose to cancel and paid using PayPal or a credit card. This fee covers merchant fees that are charged to process and refund a credit card, PayPal account or Affirm.

If your order has already shipped, but not yet been received and you would like to cancel, then shipping is not refundable and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If it is currently in transit please contact us and we can try and have it returned to sender.

RETURN & REFUNDS

You can request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you have received your order and would like to return it, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in good condition and suitable for resale.

Most products can be returned as long as they meet our return policy requirements. However, customized products or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
