Sunshade Visor Mesh Curtain for BYD

The fit is perfect. Since they are magnetic, there is no need to use the velcro, they stay in place. The front visors interfere a little bit with the outside rear mirror line of view, but not too much. I am very happy. Thanks!

Pros

Cons
- Although magnetic, it can get detached. If you want it to be hassle free, should install the clips.Should not be difficult though.
- You can attach it close to the window glass, within the rubber beading,where it will not move around. But then it gets entangled with the glass when it moves up & down.
- The front visors extend a bit more than necessary and partly covers the ORVM view. It did not interfere with driving or driving judgement via ORVM, though.
All in all, good product.

When this arrived, I was a bit confused how to put it up as it arrived with a lot of adhesive clamps as well. Reached out to topBYD customer care and they were amazingly prompt in sending an installation video. Let me summarise it for everyone. The visor fits like a spring into the window frame. You don't need to do anything else, as it is quite snug. Haven't put up the rear windshield visor as I feel visibility will go down. It is that simple. You don't need the clamps and they are only in case you have fitting issues.

The visor does a great job and reduces the glare and ambient light and the interior warmth very significantly. During a routine drive, I would not recommend the use of the front visors as they block the light significantly. But great when the vehicle is parked in a hot and bright area. Reduces the work of the air conditioning as well.

Kudos for a great product and very responsive customer service. On the humorous side, our friendly neighborhood Flameback woodpecker is crazy about the visor for some weird reason and I've seen him sitting on the windows 😃

Nowadays the rear window visors are on permanently and really help a lot with heat management

Custom-made, truly brilliant. Folds very easily and prevents the sun from heating the cabin.

The product demonstrated an excellent fit and was straightforward to install and remove. Minor adjustments were required for the front windows, necessitating the use of the additional magnets provided to ensure a secure fit.

Bought these for camping so can have some privacy in the car. I love how they fold up and so easy to put in the window

The sunshade set covers all the 'glasses' around the car, it fits perfectly well without even needed any sticky tape or hardware. Great value and love it.
