Vehicle Mounted Dash Cam for BYD

Verstehe nicht warum das nicht bereits ab Werk verbaut ist und warum man extra noch das Kabel legen muss. Beim Seal ist das Kabel bereits verlegt, da fehlt nur die Kamera. Naja, es passt jedenfalls für den europäischen Seal U DM-I. Der Einbau ist einfach und nach einem kurzen Neustart des Multimedia Systems erscheint auch umgehend die App. Funktionen sind ausreichen, aber leider finde ich die Qualität des Bildes für 2026 echt mau. Anstatt Full HD hätte man zumindest 2,7k machen können.

The camera seems good. On December 10, the camera was installed at an official brand service center, and then they indicated that the connector on one end of the cable that came with it was not perfect, as it did not transfer the camera signal to the system. They tried it for a long time, and the camera image appeared at once. It seemed fine, I came, but by the time I got home in the car, the camera image was no longer visible, only blurry white stripes due to the lack of signal, and this is also in the recording. It is clear that the cable is defective, unfortunately.

This product is very useful and works well. The seller is also responsible for exchanging a new set after the original set does not work. However, if there is an improvement by adding a voice recording function is better.

The dash cam did not work properly from Day 1. the video pictures are fuzzy and distorted. There is no improvement after I have checked all cable connections to be good and replaced with a new SD card. I can only conclude that my newly purchased Dash Cam is defective or of poor quality. Very Disappointing!! Hope to get a refund or a replacement from Top BYD.
After contacting Top BYD regarding the defective dash cam, a replacement was sent to me immediately. Happy with their aftersales service, I would buy from them again in future.

It came very quickly. Installation on ATTO 3 took very little time (no additional cable was required), more difficult with unclipping the plastic mask. The system immediately recognized the camera (after restarting the system). The image is of good quality, at night it is a bit blinded by the headlights. Overall, pleased with the purchase and the delivery time. I RECOMMEND.
