Works a treat, super easy to fit and not experienced any issues opening or closing since fitting. No effort required

Good Product

The product fits well on the BYD Dolphin Surf EU Edition 2026 and matches the charging port properly. After installation, the charging cover is a bit harder to close and needs a firm press to click into place. At first, I was concerned this might affect the mechanism over time.

However, the TOP BYD support team explained that this is normal because the product improves the sealing of the charging port. They confirmed it will not damage or affect the opening and closing mechanism. After their clarification, I feel more confident using it.

ALL SEAL-U’s NEED THIS SEALANT

It match and fit perfectly. It insulated very well from external dust and liquids. Installation was easy, but the video of topbyd to seal that was taken for other models is not suitable to install for Seal-U cover. You can see how I did it from the pictures.
